Hello everyone!
Firstly, once again, apologising for my absence.
Here's why:-
A site that I often help out with has been trashed by some ex-staff members. These members used materials from the site to create their own knock off site.
(this isn't a pro-boards site, it is privately owned on a private server)
Then the hacking ensued, currently I am in the process of finding all of the members (in excess of 5000
) and assisting them through what has been a tough time for all members and staff.
So that is my 'excuse' for not devoting the time to this site that it deserves - and leaving some technical glitches unchecked.
It is with great sadness that I am temporarily closing the shop. It would be unfair of me to sell things that for the current time I cannot actually provide.
I am still requiring a news poster - more urgently than ever. It is my wish that the site be updated when I can't be here.
I feel like a total and utter s**t for doing this to the site, but for the moment, my energy has to be elsewhere, I'm going to plead that you all understand.
This incredibly annoying phase in the other site and the seemingly insurmountable technical issues at this site will hopefully not last long.
When I get the chance, I am going to look into how I would go about changing servers, removing this site from ProBoards and onto a SMF as I always wanted.
But these are all dreams for the future, but hopefully the not too distant future.
I will be keeping you all informed. Promise.
